Weiss took over her family business with her brother and sister, the trio run the Schnee Dust Company together as a family. Weiss and Ruby had a daughter named Poppy, who she has a tense relationship with, since Ruby is still. huntress she's away on missions, Poppy was to be raised by Weiss however she was was sadly booked down by the business, this effected there relationship together when Poppy got older, They thought over and over again, as poppy believed her mother didn't care for her, even if she was the one who carried her and came up with a way for her and Ruby to have her. She tries to be there for her family but her business takes away her time which takes a heavy toll on her, espiacally when Ruby's away on missions.
